Signature Massage

A classic form of full body massage that relaxes the body, improves muscle tone, and stimulates circulation, providing feelings of tranquility and heightened well-being.
Deep Tissue Massage

A massage focused on the deeper layers of muscle tissue designed to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following along or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
Hot Stone Massage
30 minutes ~ 90 minutes
A relaxation massage beginning with specific stone therapy using specialty massage techniques. Hot stones heat the back and neck as they are worked down the length of the body.
Chair Massage
5 minutes - 30 minutes
A brief massage, usually acupressure-based, done in a specifically designed chair targeting the scalp, shoulders, neck, arms, back, and hips.

Pregnancy Massage

Aspecialized massage “for two.” A relaxing massage that helps to reduce pregnancy discomfort, and enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and baby. Pregnancy massage is therapeutic and focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be and her changing body.
